By accessing or using our website (theattendancesheet.com), placing orders, booking events, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.
📋 Class rules — every student must follow!
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using our website, creating an account, placing an order, or visiting our cafe, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Account Registration & Eligibility
- You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account on our platform
- You may register using your email address or through Google Sign-In
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- One account per person — duplicate accounts may be merged or deactivated
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
3. Online Ordering & Menu
- All menu items displayed on our website are subject to availability
- Prices listed are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of base price. Applicable taxes (GST) will be added at checkout
- We reserve the right to modify menu items, prices, and availability without prior notice
- Item images are for representation purposes; actual presentation may slightly vary
- Certain items may be time-locked and available only during specific hours (e.g., breakfast items)
- Minimum order requirements, if any, will be displayed at checkout
Allergy Disclaimer: Our food may contain allergens including nuts, gluten, dairy, and soy. Please inform us of any allergies before placing your order.
4. Payment Terms
- We accept payments via Cash on Delivery (COD) and Online Payment through authorized payment gateways (Cashfree / PayU)
- All online payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateways. We do not store your card details
- Payment must be completed at the time of order placement (for online orders) or at the time of billing (for dine-in)
- In case of payment failure, your order will not be confirmed. Please retry or choose an alternative payment method
- UPI, Debit Cards, Credit Cards, Net Banking, and Wallets are supported through our payment gateway
Important: Any transaction once completed cannot be reversed except through our official refund process. See our Refund Policy for details.
5. Pricing & Taxes
- All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (₹)
- Applicable GST and other taxes will be calculated and displayed at checkout
- Scholarship discounts and coupon codes, when applicable, will be deducted before final billing
- We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders already confirmed
- Promotional pricing is valid only for the duration specified and cannot be combined with other offers unless stated
6. Order Cancellation & Refunds
- Orders can be cancelled before they are accepted/confirmed by the cafe
- Once an order has been accepted and preparation has started, it cannot be cancelled
- Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method
- For dine-in orders, refunds or cancellations are subject to management approval

7. Event Booking Terms
- Event bookings (birthdays, meetups, corporate events) are subject to availability and confirmation by admin
- A booking is confirmed only after admin approval — submission of the form does not guarantee a booking
- Event details (date, time, guest count, menu preferences) must be accurate at the time of booking
- Cancellation of confirmed events must be done at least 24 hours before the event date
- Any advance payment for event bookings is subject to the terms mentioned at the time of booking
- TAS Cafe reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an event due to unforeseen circumstances, with full refund of any advance payment
8. Loyalty & Stamp Reward Program
- Our reward program awards "stamps" based on daily attendance (QR code scanning) and eligible orders
- Stamps are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash
- Rewards earned through the stamp program must be redeemed according to the rules displayed on the rewards page
- TAS Cafe reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the reward program at any time
- Misuse of the reward system (multiple scans, fake accounts) will result in forfeiture of all accumulated stamps and possible account suspension
- Attendance percentage is tracked for fun — it does not affect your orders or account status
9. Coupons & Discounts
- Coupon codes are valid for single use unless otherwise stated
- Coupons cannot be combined with other offers or scholarship discounts unless explicitly allowed
- Expired or invalid coupon codes will not be honored
- TAS Cafe reserves the right to revoke coupons in case of misuse or system errors
- Scholarship discounts are automatically applied for eligible registered students and cannot be combined with certain promotions
10. Intellectual Property
- All content on our website — including logos, images, text, graphics, menu designs, and the "school notebook" theme — is the intellectual property of TAS Cafe and its creators
- You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission
- User-submitted content (reviews, feedback photos) grants us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it on our platform
11. User Conduct
When using our website and services, you agree NOT to:
- Use our platform for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
- Submit false information, fake orders, or spam feedback
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, admin panels, or other users' accounts
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access our website without permission
- Post offensive, abusive, or defamatory content in reviews or feedback
- Exploit bugs, glitches, or system errors for personal gain (e.g., infinite coupons, fake stamps)
Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension and, in severe cases, legal action.
12. Limitation of Liability
- TAS Cafe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services
- We are not responsible for delays caused by payment gateway issues, internet connectivity, or third-party service failures
- Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order in question
- We are not liable for any food allergies or reactions if the customer fails to inform us of dietary restrictions
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Noida / Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, India.
